"B-Squared" is your source for all Cubs talk, all the time. Hosts Brian Bedo and Jordan Bernfield provide you with the perspective of die-hard fans, because like you, they live and die with every pitch. Weekdays between 10AM and 12PM CT, B-Squared will recap last night's game, and preview the next day's match-up. The show will bring the Cubs players, coaches, and surrounding media to you so you can hear from the news makers and those around it everyday. We'll also bring you exclusive coverage of the Cubs minor league system, so you not only know the major league club, but which players are soon to join. Bernie and Bedo may not be old enough to have stomached 1969 or 1984, but we're still reeling from 2003 and 2008. We'll be your shoulder to cry on, or we'll be the guy to high-five when the team is on a roll. And hopefully one day, we'll be the guys you can celebrate with when "Next Year" is finally here.

THE GUYS:

BRIAN BEDO

BedoBrian Bedo was born and raised a die-hard Cub fan in northwest suburban Chicago. Knowing high school sports would be the pinnacle of his athletic career, he thought in the future that he would do the next best thing when it comes to sports, talk about them.

Bedo has been working as a sportscaster ever since he graduated from Bradley University in 2007. In the summer of 2009, he served as the #2 Broadcaster/Media Relations Assistant for the Peoria Chiefs, the Midwest League affiliate of the Cubs. There, he built a great rapport with different prospects and front-office staff throughout the organization. He also called baseball at the summer collegiate level in 2008, serving as the Director of Broadcasting and Media Relations of the Sanford Mainers of the NECBL.

In addition, during the non-summer months, Bedo continues to be a voice of Bradley University Athletics, calling soccer, volleyball, women's basketball, and baseball games for the Braves. He also spent some time in November/December of 2009 as the fill-in play-by-play broadcaster for the eventual NCAA Tournament-bound Wofford Terriers men's basketball team.
Bedo occasionally does some work for WGN Radio, producing a handful of Cubs, Blackhawks and Northwestern football games throughout the course of their respective seasons. He first interned at WGN Radio in the fall of 2007, where he met and became good friends with "B-Squared" co-host Jordan Bernfield.

Bedo lives and dies with the Cubs and has a strong passion for the Bulls, Bears and Bradley University basketball as well. In his spare time, he enjoys going out downtown Chitown with his girlfriend and friends, spending time with his family, watching "Friday Night Lights" and "Friends," playing poker, and eating at Portillos.

JORDAN BERNFIELD

Bernfield

Jordan Bernfield grew up in suburban Chicago, and the Cubs have always been his greatest sports passion. Ever since he can remember, he was going to Wrigley Field and supporting the team, through thick and thin. Now he is thrilled to be working with his good friend Brian Bedo as a co-host of "B-Squared" on 312Sports Radio.

Bernfield has been working as a Chicago sportscaster for the past year and a half. Most notably, Bernfield serves as the men's basketball host at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), with the games airing on Chicago's ESPN Radio 1000 (WMVP-AM) and ESPNChicago.com. In addition, he is the voice of UIC women's basketball, baseball, softball and volleyball.

A Deerfield native, Bernfield also produces sports programming, including the Cubs, Blackhawks and Northwestern Athletics at Chicago's WGN Radio 720 (WGN-AM), while also reporting at games. Furthermore, he produced "Sports Central", and will produce Cubs postgame shows while also covering the team at Wrigley Field throughout the season.

Bernfield graduated from Syracuse University in 2008 with a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism. He got his start in radio at WAER-FM, the student radio station, where broadcasted Syracuse football, men's basketball and lacrosse games, and also anchored and reported local sports. He also worked in minor league baseball, as his first job out of school was serving as the director of broadcasting and media relations for the Auburn Doubledays, a Single-A affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays.
